Adjacent to the mound named Tarkhenwala Dera, separated by a channel and a road the mound Chak-86 was excavated in 1952 and again in 2003. The mound has yielded painted Grey ware and Rang Mahal ware. The antiquities recovered included terracotta beads and rectangular indeterminate small sized objects along with a terracotta wheel. The excavations carried out in 2003 gave evidence of circular huts and no iron objects have been found associated with PGW.
